We conduct studies and generate knowledge on education, youth and youth employment, and children’s issues. We have also specialized in the evaluation of socio-educational intervention programs, inclusion and other educational and social programs.

Social innovation and public policy support

We apply an innovative approach to all our work, seeking new formulas to satisfy unresolved social needs. In our collaboration with other actors, we analyze social changes, anticipating future scenarios and supporting the design and formulation of projects and public policies that favor the improvement and transformation of society, based on rigor and efficiency.

Measurement and evaluation of social impact

Aware of the importance of educational and social intervention based on evidence, we develop works of measurement and evaluation of the impact of educational programs and social intervention for educational centers, public administrations and other social entities. This includes the use of innovative methodologies such as SROI analysis.

Team

Marta Castillo Charfolet

Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid.

She obtained her Research Degree in Sufficiency in the Department of International Public Law and International Relations and later obtained the title of Equality Agent from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

Throughout her professional career she has specialized in the field of equality and non-discrimination, and in the field of public policies with a particular interest in equality between women and men, a field in which she has developed more than 40 surveys, evaluations and projects, where she has given training, seminars and lectures, and in which she has more than 700 hours of training.

With over ten years of experience in consulting services, he has worked for public sector organizations at all levels of government, the private sector and the Third Sector.

She is also accredited as an expert evaluator for the European Commission on gender equality and gender-based violence.

Marta Hurtado Martín

Degree in Pedagogy from the Complutense University of Madrid.

He obtained his master’s degree in Public Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology – Stuart School of Business in Chicago and in Administration, Planning and Project Management from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia. She currently holds a PhD in Education from the Complutense University of Madrid.

She has participated in several educational research projects focused on evaluation of educational systems, evaluation of the impact of innovative educational methodologies and evaluation of objective tests. He has also participated in environmental projects for the promotion of cleaner production as well as in research to learn about the economic resources available to improve the environmental impact of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Latin America.

He has also worked in the management of the training of the Cardiology Service of the Gregorio Marañón Hospital, including the organization of congresses, courses, medical subjects, training of MIRs and management of proposals for his own degrees.

She is currently tutor of End of Degree Projects in the Degree of Early Childhood Education at the University Camilo José Cela and has been teaching Statistics Applied to Education in the Degree of Social Education at the UNED.
