VI Selection of Best Practices for Social Inclusion, 2008 Red Cross
With this award, recognizes the best practices that Tomillo Foundation performs in the overall management of the Virgen de África Center in the category of Child Poverty. The award was granted in Huesca on 20 and 21 November 2008.

06/27/2008. This award recognizes the best practices of using non-sexist contents on the Website. Tomillo Foundation has been awarded in the category of Most inclusive Websites of Non-Profit Entities.

New Village Award V Edition for “Madrid between two banks” (coparticipated), 2007
Recognition for a “humble, sincere and discreet” work, that contributes to the improvement of coexistence between the old and new neighbors of Madrid and Spain. Co-participants in the project: D.G. of Immigrants Integration of the Secretary of State for Immigration and Emigration, Direct Foundation, Casa de América, Economic Studies Center of, Tomillo Foundation, Chandra Foundation, AIETI, and Solidarity Class. The awards, resulting from a popular vote, were delivered at the Sports Palace in Madrid.

European Excellence Award, 2006
The president of the Community of Madrid delivered a plate in recognition of the activity carried out by Tomillo Foundation in the field of training and employment, represented by its president, Javier Lantero, and the director of the Integral Center for Training and Employment, Luis María López-Aranguren.

Best social action, 2004
The Spanish subsidiary of Cisco Systems granted Tomillo Foundation its award for Best Social Action of the year 2004. The recognition consisted of a framed plate that was delivered by the Managing Director of Cisco Spain.

Solidarity Award, 2004
Union Fenosa awarded Tomillo one of the 25 Awards to Solidarity, for its intense experience in the field of solidarity and humanitarian aid.

Best practices, 2004
Tomillo Foundation obtained the Best Practices qualification from the Minister of Work and Social Affairs within the II National Plan of Action for Social Inclusion (Annex 5), for the integration work into society, school, and the workplace in the southern area of Madrid. Childhood Award to a social entity of CAM, 2001
Tomillo Foundation received the “Childhood Award to a Social Entity” for its social intervention as a whole through the Pedagogical Activities Center and, especially, the “Experimental Program for the Care of Children and Adolescents in Difficulty and Social Risk.”
