CITIZENS 2013 Awards

Tomillo Foundation received the Citizens 2013 Prize recognizing the work carried out related to the development of the person, the social integration of citizens and most vulnerable groups, through education and the improvement of employability.


By means of these awards, the organization wants to express a recognition to the people or institutions that, during the year, committed their efforts and dedication to projects of support and solidarity that carry values, signs of social identity, cultural, civic and democratic values..

Tomillo Foundation received the prize in the category of “Social, Education, Youth”, which recognizes, track record and commitment in the Social, Health and Quality of Life, Education, Culture, Youth, and projects that have an impact on citizens, and especially in cases of social exclusion. D. Pedro Lantero, vice president of the Foundation, received the prize.

This award is granted to Tomillo Foundation “in recognition for its work related to the development of the person, the social integration of citizens and more vulnerable groups through education and the improvement of employability, the strengthening of Social networks, analysis and innovation”.

The purpose of Citizen Awards is to exalt the virtues of solidarity and civic values, as well as a way to raise awareness of the need and importance of values such as effort, dedication and commitment to citizens
