Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Orienta+ program evaluation

Tomillo Foundation opens the call for the selection of external evaluation entities attached to a university or a research team with experience in socio-educational projects, with the aim of evaluating the Orienta+ project: sharing routes for the insertion of young people in situations of social vulnerability.

This project raises the need for an evaluation of independent nature to determine the degree of achievement of the expected results and their contribution to the achievement of the identified objectives, as well as the impact of the program on participantsThe survey was carried out with the participation of young people between 16 and 29 years of age, in terms of their essential socioemotional competencies, vocational identification, professional qualification and opportunities to access and maintain employment. Likewise, this analysis requires a process evaluation to obtain an overview of the model’s operation and thus assess the consistency between its design and the actions implemented.

In this way, it is hoped to understand how the intervention achieves a change in people, as well as to identify possible failures in its implementation and to generate learning within the organization.

This socio-educational innovation pilot program is financed by the Next Generation Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan within the framework of the call for proposals of the Regional Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Policy of the Community of Madrid.

The deadline for receipt of applications is January 31.
