Volunteer students of the “Kitchen and Waiter Assistant” course of the CIMTO project and students of Basic Vocational Training in Cooking and Catering, from the Tomillo School of Hotel Management, joined together in the Christmas SchoolThe food was prepared over a period of several days and delivered to the diners. The special menu consisted of a starter, a first course, a main course, a main course and a dessert.

In addition to having been a real-life experience and practice for the students, the Christmas School has become a great opportunity for young people to stop being for a few days recipients of aid in their training and become agents of social change, through a solidarity activity in which they have put all their effort and affection.

This initiative has been carried out with the collaboration of the Directorate General of Childhood, Family and Birth Promotion of the Community of Madrid.
