The II Edition of the “Attention and Sales in Pastry and Pastry Shops” Training Course comes to an end.

On February 25, we handed out diplomas to 21 participants of the second edition of the course “Attention and Sales in Pastry and Pastries” with DUNKIN and Tomillo Foundation, within the framework of the “Puntos de Formación Incorpora” program of La Caixa Foundation.

During the theoretical and practical training, these topics, among others, are worked on in depth:

  • Preparation and service of orders to customers.
  • Receiving and storing product (placement, expiration dates…)
  • Attention and quality sales with PRL and protocols.
  • Collection and cash handling.

In November we completed the first edition where 13 students participated, of which 10 students were hired directly in two DUNKIN bakeries. This resulted in a 77% job placement rate.
