A 5-episode miniseries to share the Orienta+ model and transform the orientation of young people in vulnerable situations.

The Tomillo Foundation presents OrientaLAB, its first socio-educational innovation podcast, created to share experiences, methodologies and evidence of the impact of the Orienta+ model, an innovative proposal for comprehensive support to young people in vulnerable situations. This new space seeks to inspire professionals from the third sector, education and socio-labor intervention, as well as public institutions committed to social change.

OrientaLAB is a five-episode miniseries in videopodcast format. In each episode, specialists in the socio-educational field and professionals from Tomillo reflect on the pillars of social intervention from an innovative and practical point of view, based on direct experience with students.

The episodes delve into key issues such as the reception of students in comprehensive intervention contexts, the creation of a Personalized Accompaniment Plan (PAP), the development of socio-emotional competencies, the measurement of socio-educational impact and the generation of territorial ecosystems of intervention.

In addition to the launch of the podcast, the website of the Orienta+ project has been published, a space in which the keys to the socio-educational model of the Tomillo Foundation are detailed and which will soon incorporate a training platform for professionals.

The episodes will be available fortnightly on the Orienta+ website, on the YouTube channel of the Tomillo Foundation and on Spotify. The campaign will be complemented with short videos on social networks, with the highlights of each conversation.
