40 years accompanying young people to enhance their growth and employability

We are in luck! Tomillo Foundation raises funds for a major social innovation project: OrientaPlus

The Regional Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Policy of the Community of Madrid, as part of the grants to develop pilot projects for social innovation, under the Plan for Recovery, Transformation and Resilience (funded by the European Union) NextGenerationEU, has awarded the Tomillo Foundation funds to develop the project “OrientaPlus: Sharing innovative routes for the insertion of young people in situations of social vulnerability“.

The call for proposals was resolved by resolution 3243/2023, dated June 29, 2023, with a start date of July 1, 2023 and an end date of December 31, 2025.

The OrientaPlus innovation project aims to consolidate a model of integral intervention with young people from 16 to 29 years of age in vulnerable situations, based on two key elements: the development of essential socioemotional competencies for their full integration in all areas of social life (community, family, work, education); and the development of effective processes of accompaniment and guidance to enable young people to define a personalized itinerary of integral development.

We’ll soon be able to share the first developments of this ambitious project!
